Dual-Zone Classes
Diamond Fitness has introduced a new way to train in the mornings. With Dual-Zone Classes, two sessions now run at the same time, one upstairs and one downstairs, giving members more choice and more availability without compromising on space or coaching quality.
How Dual-Zone Training Benefits You
More availability - Two classes running at once means more spots at the times members want most.
Less crowding - Splitting the group across two zones keeps each session comfortable and properly coached.
Choice of training space - Upstairs or downstairs, whichever suits how you like to train.
Same quality coaching throughout - Both zones are led by experienced coaches, so standards stay consistent wherever you train.
Splitting our morning classes across two zones means members get more choice without losing what makes a session work in the first place, proper coaching and a comfortable amount of space. Whether you prefer the energy of one zone or the setup of the other, you're never competing for room or attention, just training the way that suits you best.

How Our New Dual-Zone Setup Works
The Dual-Zone setup means two separate morning classes now run simultaneously across our upstairs and downstairs training areas. Instead of members competing for space in one busy session, each zone runs as its own fully coached class with a dedicated instructor. This gives Diamond Fitness more capacity at the same time slot, with more spots available for members who train first thing. Both zones run independently but to the same coaching standard, so wherever you end up, you're getting the same hands-on attention. It's a simple change with a real impact: more room, more flexibility, less waiting around.

This depends on how bookings are managed on the day, so it's best to check with the team when reserving your spot. If you'd rather train in a class setting generally, our group fitness classes run throughout the week too.

Yes. Both upstairs and downstairs sessions are led by experienced coaches, so you'll get the same level of guidance and attention regardless of which zone you train in.
-
The Dual-Zone setup runs alongside existing morning slots, simply giving members more capacity and options at those times rather than changing the schedule itself. Our HIIT sessions and Tryka classes are both part of that regular morning schedule.

Yes, you can select your preferred zone when booking through our app, available on iOS and Android. If you'd rather book over the phone or have any questions first, you're welcome to reach out via our contact page too.
